I am just lucky that I still maintain my figure after giving birth to Sam. I am flattered to read comments on Facebook online and even with my friends that still I have the same figure as before. Well, not so, because I already have crow's feet, okay the stretch marks (good thing it is not that visible now. Thanks to cocoa butter. Haha!). Mostly when you have a child the possibility of gaining is really there. But for me, just so thankful that I am not in that stage yet. I had a crash diet with the help of detox cleansing method which lasted 10 days (if you are following me, you already know it since I posted it here). Hoping never at all after such!

What is my secret? Well, some of my friends are asking me that way. All I can say nothing, since I already told you. Just eat what I want and get enough sleep if possible. Maybe it is in our genes also or a self-control. Control to the bunch of foods that if I ate it all, for sure I could be  humongous as you think. For me stresss can also make us big, since I experienced when I was stress, I like to eat. Ah, self-control. Ha! Of course I want to maintain this way so thanks God that HE gave me the shape that I want too. As long as I am healthy that is the most important matter to consider. Stay healthy no matter what!
Just be thankful of what you have now, sexy or not.

Six to eight hours (6-8 hrs) straight out of 24 hours a day is the most advisable time to get enough sleep. Sleep is essential for a person’s health and well-being journey, I think you know that. I can just remember how my teacher wayback in my primary years until college just always repeat it, of how important sleep is and the time span.

Okay, we need to have enough sleep so that our nervous systems can work correctly. To have a healthy skin and to be good-looking we need to get enough, at least of that plenty of sleep. If we do not sleep enough, we feel drowsy and cannot concentrate on what we do and hear. We also experience impaired memory and physical performance and we are less able to carry out math calculations. If sleep deprivation is prolonged, we get to have hallucinations and mood swings. I have a friend which is a psychologist told me that their patient is mostly a call center agent. The reason why, is that because they are lack of enough sleep together with stress which in the long run they got sick.  Lack of enough sleep also may lead to person heart attacks and strokes to which if you remember I uttered such in my previous post. Such heart attacks and strokes are more common during the early morning hours. This fact may be explained by the way sleep interacts with the blood vessels. Lack of sleep has been associated with worsening of blood pressure and cholesterol, all risk factors for disease and stroke.

So guys, get a hold of your health. Please have enough sleep of at least six hours straight everyday. Don't forget of an adage, "health is wealth".

I grew up in a family that always keep a fruit to eat every day, whatever the fruit can be.  It is a great journey despite of some lacks of wants and even needs. An apple, banana, an orange and alike. We always have a bite or two, because it is really good for our body. If you can remember the saying, "an apple a day can make a doctor away" , well, it is true. In my experience, eating fruits daily gets our body immune to any harmful diseases. For it increases the risk of such illness like for example colds, cough, high fevers and even cancer as well. It also serves as an anti-oxidant to our body that sweep away all the bad things on our stomach, and also gives fiber. Drink milk every day, for it gives an amount of calcium and makes our bones strong as ever. Eating vegetables also is a tip for stressful people, for it can revitalize our cells and make a new one which can produce an outward glow on our skin also. If we are to remember, our moms always tells us to keep eating greens, and others say “eat your broccoli” . And yes, that’s very true, try some now and be stress-free!

Exercise is a way on how to maintain good health. Aside from enjoyment, there are also lots of benefits that you may get from exercising just like exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight. With that you don't need to do an extra more job for yourself just to loss weight.

Nowadays there are lots of people suffering from obesity. Obesity means having too much body fat. It is different from being overweight (or just about the same), which means weighing too much. The weight may come from muscle, bone, and fat. Being obese increases your risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, arthritis and some cancers.

By means of proper exercise everyday and good sleep, the blood may circulate properly in your body. You must also keep in your mind that exercising can also help reduce the risk of premature death that mostly one of the reasons for today's early death study, and that's because they don’t have time to exercise, Most folks now a days are much addicted to modern technologies to which they don't find time to exercise. Would you be like such people? Nope, you have to exercise to have a healthy body, mind and soul!

I already lost four-five pounds (4-5 lbs) as I had my crash diet weeks ago of most liquid and an easy-digest foods I ate for 10 days. This way was introduced to me by a good friend Anne. True enough, I succeed and I lost my undesired weight, in short, I got my goal of having such. It is not an easy diet journey but because I was determined I got it and good thing I still maintain my weight until now. Good news, isn't it? I can just smile. Such diet was my first time. By the way, I gained weight as I had my baby, this is from my pregnancy body up to delivery and afterwards. Now, I am proud I am already 118 lbs from 122-123 lbs. Yay! It's a call for celebration. :-)

If I did not lost such, I may consider to have another way of dieting to which they called as african mango diet just to attain my target weight. It's just on my mind that I really have to lost such weight because I am not used with my weight and I can see the parts of my body like it is swollen. I can't blame my thoughts because I am fit or even slim when I was still single. I never dreamed of this weight, but because I long to have a child of the right time which is this time, I have to endure it during such. Actually, I loved it! And after delivery and before the 3/4 quarter of a year age of my child, that was the time that I have to do the dieting I ought to have, or planned of a right time which is best for my health which won't sacrifice the quality of care my child deserves to have. You know, when it's not a right time for dieting yet, you may end up to being sick or alike to which will affect your time for baby care. You know. :-)

Picture below is a bowl of pompano fish soup with lots of vegetables which apparently you can see it in the middle. The one in the right side fish is the pompano, a kind of fish which is so yummy-delicious for soup. My first time for this fish as made into soup. I am glad my friend P introduced this fish to me and I declare as so delicious for this kind of fish recipe. To go with the fish meat, on the left side is a non-fat brown and white rice {yes, I mixed it. You would surprise how tasty it is when you try it. Try it to taste for yourself. :-) }
I tell you it's so yummy! No cooking oil is present and lots of veges involve, is heaven to me! This picture got a lot of likes of my friends in my Facebook. I don't know if you like this but for sure me and my friends love this fish soup so much. Didn't I tell you that eating vegetables first makes me not crave for rice anymore? If you don't know yet, a meal for me isn't complete without a rice. It seems like it isn't a meal or I did not eat anything. Knowing such would be perfect for diet. Whew! What an awesome find. :-)

After a 10 days-detox cleansing diet I had which the ingredients was being given by a good friend Anne, special thanks to her, now a very dear friend (Elaine) too is introducing to me the 30 minutes fruits-before-meal routine (I am making a so-called words, but you can see what is it in the pattern). Yes, I am in that current routine though I still drink some sugar-free or Grade B maple syrup-lemons juice. And I tell you, I can see the good effect on it. I was told to eat fruit/s first before 30 minutes to an hour of eating the normal meal. Friend E told me about fruits, but I am also including the vegetables from soup (like fish soups and alike) though the latter is a bit different with fruits since when eating the meal, I ate (or continue to eat) the vegetables first in the fish soup I made and to tell you what, I don't need to eat rice (I am a rice person, I can't eat a meal without rice or else it seems like I am not eating at all. Makes me more crave in that way.) with it after such. What I did the last time since I like to eat the fish and I can't eat the 1/2 cup of rice I had but I can't also eat the fish without rice, I just decrease the volume of rice. So instead of 1/2 cup, I just the 1/4 or 1/8 of it. And my fish craving had been successfully done. At the same time, I had protein (oops! not sure what we can get with the fish meat, correct me if I am wrong)!

So I am so ready for my other set of diet which is this "30 minutes fruits-before-meal"  for now. Yay! By the way, did you know that I already lost four-five pounds (4-5 lbs) from my detox cleansing diet for 10 days? Yep, a crash diet. First time ever. :-) Hope to maintain it or loss a bit. :-) (I had other post of it)

Yes! True enough when a woman just deliver a baby, it is expected for her to gain weight. Imagine bringing a six plus pounder (6+lbs) baby with all the other water with her and stuffs. If you haven't imagine yet, better do it now so we can proceed. Smile. Kiddingly smile but I am serious. :-)

Alright, I delivered my baby daughter six months plus ago. I breastfed through breast-pump mixed with formula for about two months then pure formula-fed afterwards. With that, I can eat whatever I want for health diet but that doesn't work. I still have this 122 lbs weight until now, though I loss the after-deliver weight but there's still the unwanted ones. And I don't like it! I don't like looking at my tummy, legs and upper arms.

So now, beginning today for ten (10) days, I have to do seriously the diet I have in my hand now. I need to do it religiously. So let's see if I am that goal-oriented enough. I aim to have 110 lbs to 113. Whew! Will I get that target weight? I'll see if I can do it! Good luck to me.  :-)

I have heard of tales about how it is very hard to withdraw from smoking cigarettes once you acquired the habit. It is already a part of their life's journey. The old adage said that "an old habit dies hard" must have applied to this. It might have physiological significance, or it can be purely psychological, but the thing is it takes heart, determination, and a good ounce of self-control and discipline to curb a habit you’ve had for years or for months. Those who struggle to give up the habit of puffing a cigarette stick or two in a day would try Alternative cigarettes to help them transition to a smoke-free life smoothly.

I am lack of sleep and I need to sleep. Hmmm... maybe I am still sleepy! LOL. Anyway, yes I admit I need more sleep. My busy days knock on me again. Hoping this week I can regain my sleeping period. I know it is just a matter of being organize especially when there is a baby juggling with a household chores. I just came to the point of searching out more disadvantages of having lack of sleep. I am sure it is not good but  I want to share what I found.

This is just a research made by me. This is also serves as a warnign for all of us. Read here! It can sometimes be a very daunting task to find the perfect gift for dad, but I guess it just takes a little creativity to make sure you will not be giving dad another pair of shoes, or another tie or another watch just like you did the previous year. Consider dad’s passion and hobbies before trooping to the mall to get him a present. If he spends long hours out in the sun ray ban aviators might just be the best gift you can give him. It will protect his eyes while driving under the heat for hours or helps him work better with his handicap in golf.

The biggest holiday of the year is fast approaching and I am sure a lot of moms out there are hard-pressed on completing their long list of things to do before Christmas approaches, and slowly doing a little Christmas shopping here and there to make sure they are finished with their list way before the month of December approaches. Gifts for the baby and godchildren, including nieces and nephews, check! Gifts for girlfriends and mom friends are also on their way. But, as always, mom struggles to find the perfect gift for the most important man in her life – dad!

Remember that although you are swamped with cares and worries concerning other people in your family, you should not forget to worry about yourself, too. Caring for yourself and making sure you are in the pink of health must always be on top of your list, along with all your other priorities. Make sure you take care of your needs, too, and don’t forget to apply for that medicare part d, which you have been planning to do for some time, while you are at it.

Being a mom gives you a lot of stuffs to worry about. Day in day out you worry about your little one’s welfare – you wonder whether she’s feeding enough or sleeping enough. You worry about whether you are giving her the best care you can. On top of that you worry about your other motherly and wifely duties and function. Plus you have also got chores and other duties at home to add to that list.

Of course, it does not need rocket science to take on a sport now when you have been physically inactive all your life. You can either take on badminton or break a sweat through running or jogging. Or you can also sign up for your local gym to exercise, if you are too inclined. All you’ll really need is the determination and the drive, plus some cool sports stuff from surfstitch, perhaps, and you will be all set! And I f you are on a budget, you can even watch or download sports videos on YouTube and mimic them in the safety and comfort of your own living room.

One best way to stay fit and strong and ready to deal with the demands of the day, along with the tension, stress and physical strain that goes with it, is to be active in sports. It gives you more energy to go about your day-to-day activities and to unwind at the end of the day, so you can relax and be ready to take on your tasks head-on the following day. Sports also help you in keeping your vital organs healthy and give you a healthy mind, too! Most folks always dreamed about having a very well-toned body, not a trace of an extra flab or pound to be seen anywhere or no bulges lurking somewhere it is not supposed to be. But working out to maintain such an ideal body can really be a daunting one especially to a newbie mom like me. More pressing priorities and tasks to be done made the quest for a gorgeous body takes the backseat until such time that I can devote even a few minute of my time to anything else apart from my little one clamoring my attention 24/7.

Meanwhile, I will just probably content myself browsing at photos of people working out in the Internet or bookmarking some body-building stuffs just like androdrol pro hormone for future references. I can also probably take note of some workouts or weight loss diets that will be most effective in shedding the post-baby weight, they will come handy the next minute I get a chance to do something that is entirely just for me, and add a few exercise routines I would love to do when I find the time. I can probably plan which workout outfits to wear, too, while I am at it! Or, on second thought I can probably just focus on my child-minding duties, for now.

I like it when I am with my friends who have mutual interest about foods we like. We call it as "pig-out sessions" , the journey. Not merely as we eat pigs but we eat like a pig. Ha ha! Oops, not that, we just don't care about diets and such. As long as we like it, we go for it! The thing is the consequence. The aftermath if it is just as usual sessions to us. We may like to bring fat burners in times when we will be having fun during our "pig-out sessions" so we still be in control of the fats we ate. We gotta have to control it so we still are healthy at the end of the day, okay not a day but perhaps at the end of the month. Not healthy if we have a lot of unwanted fats we have in our body.
