Well, I could say that there are folks who have sheriff their homes to turn it to the new owner, banks. Yeah, banks foreclosures are rampant nowadays and there are folks who now homeless in a short period of time unless folks who are just lazy to find home and livelihood to which they are just contented of being homeless of their entire life. Alright, enough with it, I just hope those unfortunate ones can find their right of way before it's too late. And back to homes, I guess considering of buying some used motor homes are smart way because it is inexpensive and they can also can use their motor-homes in getting stuffs in the market or something like that because it has a motor, isn't it? :-) Though, it is not that very much possible just like a normal car but since it has a motor and it is not that very big just like a trucking truck, it is very much possible and you can bring your home anywhere you want to go, no need of a hotel. Yeah, there are cons but when it is just what your pocket can afford, why not! It is as pretty as a fix house. Or if not as a home, it could be a vehicle for a road trip, a luxury vehicle (for summer/winter fun) as in it can make as a vehicle at the same time a hotel (as I said earlier). :-) Enjoy..

A year plus ago I had a tour in Hollywood actresses homes in Los Angeles riding in a tour bus just slowly so we can see the houses in its full body and some parts. Others we stopped by but mostly the tour bus (I was in) just slowed down and I saw different big houses owned by Hollywood actors and actresses. I also saw some of their cars and theirs that one show (which I forgot the name) that I saw the house they shoot with its signature sign. I also saw Ferrari cars of one famous signature clothes owner and holah, a lot of covered different colors of Ferrari! Surely, the owner cars maintenance boy need Ferrari parts of it, you think so? I believe signature quality cars, need quality parts but do you think the owner need its Ferrari maintenance every now and then? As to my own opinion, I guess so... Well, they are rich to give in for that car so I think they really does have maintenance even if it is Ferrari and they can afford for it so I think they will. Hemmm.. I haven't tried tried hopping-in on a Ferrari car yet, I hope I can.. :-) I don't know how it feels sitting in a luxury Ferrari car... :-)

Are you planning to have a car or to have a vehicle? If so, then car insurance is what you need. This is the basic key element when an individual if you want to drive and if you already passed a significant written and on-field test drive made my Department of Motor Vehicles, then you are good to go. Having accomplished it, then one is already excited to drive and expected to get a car insurance for a desired car to drive in. There are many car insurance companies that offer what one is going to get for safety purposes and looking forward for future security. Accidents are inevitable so this is really essential for every drivers. Thanks to DMV that this is a must in driving. Thanks also to technology that there is already a computer that anytime you want to request for a quote, you can have it at the snap of our fingers! --- pretty cool, isn't it? So then, enjoy driving but always take good care and be cautious.

My father is a postman. He has a motorcycle marked from the post office. Though I didn't know that he is leasing that motorcycle since my sister told me that my father paid such motorcycle every time he has salaries, yet I can't tell that it is true. The fact that he has that motorcycle made me think that he also has the journey of being a motorcycle owner(because it is always on his hand wherever he is, it is parked at the house when it's weekend and we can use it sometimes too---all the postman has the access on its vehicles by the way). Since he's an owner, he also encountered some circumstances that cannot be avoided like BrakeAway and stuffs like that, an accident that is --- my father is not an exemption on it. Actually he had recently like one year ago and he paid such victim for every month in order not to get in trouble. He actually in an accident case and just paid off all the incident damages for one year. I just had a little memory on how much is it but it is not small, actually my other brother fourth sibling) is not into college as of now because of it. My other siblings are in college so, it is such a bite to my father's pocket. The good thing is his wife (my stepmother) has work (an elementary teacher), so she can help with the expenses. I do not know if my father has a motorcycle insurance because in Philippines it is okay if do not have. Perhaps the company (Gingoog Postal Corporation) also help him because it is of work time the incident happen. Well, I do believe that every motorcycle driver has its share of incidents, just be prepared and always be cautious. Take good care to all the drivers.

A close friend of mine already passed her written examination and of course it's a cool feeling knowing that she passed it as take one. She was being taught by her beloved husband then.. Since she already know a little about driving knowing that she has currently own a scooter (looks like a motorbike but less only less amp motor). She usually drives it going to and fro on her job location which is just nearby her home though mostly her husband drives her. She then like to practice driving. Her husband urge to get a car insurance so she could practice more to the next level. They are now currently looking for an affordable one. Her husband thinks to get an insurance quote and looking for a good car insurance review from customers and then draws out which think is better. I hope she can drive then as what her heart desires.. I know it's not that hard (learning to drive) for her. I hope all will be well and am just hoping for the best for my buddy. Keep going my friend.. I know you can do it.. I hope her all the best and all the best in you! muahhh!

Ever since my husband love to have a motorbike (like most men does), he even owned one long ago. And guess what he wants to own once again after he retire from his job. And I'm pretty much excited about it. Perhaps if God permit we could have it when we live in the Philippines one day (hopefully). God is good, and we are positive about it. Well, everybody should be positive or else there's no sense of living (lol).. kidding aside.. I know.. I know.. :-) He planned to have no fancy one that just accommodate what we like and could go here and there for some errands and such. We want to live in a simple neighborhood as well since we can't afford to live in fancy ones (lol).. kidding aside but that's true.. :-) Since we like to have motorbike, we just hope that bikes' accessories and stuffs are just right in the neighborhood so it is accessible anytime we like to have it or if there's some occurrence. We are thinking that would it has like motorcycle accessories shop here in USA that you can compare prices of different brand in just one store. Actually, there are many signature motorcycle accessories stores in here, like Kuryakyn and many others, name it and you can have it! We just hope that everything will be fine or else it could be one of the daunting task if aint have one. So, we'll just see or plan B is going to take place when talking about motorbike stuff. Having a car is a very nice feeling not only physically but the very important part the inside feeling. I said a feeling physically to the fact that you can go any road journey you wish to go as you like. Stuffs and works are accessible, you just only have to drive and minutes after you're there then unlike if you will have to run or walk just to make it. There is really a difference. You will have to get by and you have it already. Now, what about the inside feeling? Well, it is part of security when having a private transportation. You don't need to beg or wait so you can do and make the appointment you likely to attend. It is a mix feeling of comfort and security. And now what about the cons of having it? Aside from gas bill, maintenance, insurance, and monthly bills (if got it through credit), you need to think when accidents happen. I know insurance will handle it(because in USA, you cannot have your driver's license without car insurance), but the fact that it is unsure of whether the owner of the other party will get the damage part, it is then a risky one. Collisions are awful. Well, I don't have to be in negative part because car here in USA is important. And collisions will be taken cared of automotive shops like body shops Irvine and such. Driver or owner will just have to take an extra careful when driving. And also there are just others who are doing their foolishness in the road and sometimes no matter how good drivers are careful, they will still hit by an accident and that is due to other party. That's one of the factor that need to consider when getting a car and driver's license. It's just like an scout who should have to ready all the time and prepare for the consequences whatever it is. Just be fair to others and God will take good care of the others. I believe that respect begets respect and now that is an attitude that every driver should practice. Just follow the law of the Department of Motor Vehicles and all will be fine. So which is which, car for now or later? :-)

Then accessories it! (~_~). Looking good and strong isn't only mean to people but also to autos as well. Accessorized auto are pleasant to the eyes. Most drivers and owners likes to have auto accessories especially women. They love to put accessories on it like to a child that we like to put some stuffs so it look pretty and presentable. Who wouldn't? (~_~) Mothers, would you not like it? Of course you will love it especially if the accessories is your favorite color. Ooh girly stuffs. Men also don't want to be out of fashion, they want it the way they groom themselves. Ooh yeah.. if there is more women there is also for men and it's great, isn't it? Have a good day!

If you own an RV, a motorized wheeled vehicle for camping or recreational purposes, you will likely need a roadside assistance and an rv towing help in time of vehicle breakdown. From my own point of view, this is important in case of emergency especially if you and your family or perhaps with group of people or just yourself is in the middle of your journey on your camping trip or whatever place you will go as for an RV trip. Can you imagine you are in the middle of nowhere and no one will help you if in case there's something happen to your vehicle? Smart people have repair supplies or some but what if beyond such happenings, who do you call to? You want a towing? How much time, money, and effort you will likely to pay for it? There will always be a help but for smart minded peeps, price and quality is important. Be sure to get a good deal and helps you always every time you need it. A very good service is important, right?

I know that Italian exotic sportscars like Ferrari needs only Ferrari parts and it should be original because if not, then you will just be sorry because it will look for the best quality one which fits its needs. And besides why getting a luxury car when can't provide the expensive maintenance as well as tools and accessories of it? hemmm.. I know you're not like that, so, you know... I know because I have a friend who owns one. So, just be aware that luxury cars needs also luxury parts. (~_~) Still I want it.. heheh.. ohh noh.. it's just a want and even it's at the very last want for me because am not used with so much luxury.. hehehh.. I mean am not used with it.. (~_~).. Am just making excuses because I know I can't afford ... well, if somebody give to me without any bad intention, why not right? Or perhaps can win a lotto.. heheh.. okey folks, happy shopping and strolling with your ferrari car! muahhh!

Are you annoyed and scared at the same time when you're traveling thinking of the wind might blow-up your vacation? Or perhaps just as day to day traveling to your work place? You might want to check for a wind deflectors for your car which will be attached at the upper part of the window so you will not be frightened anymore that one day the wind will messed-up your driving and will cause you accident. Remember that prevention is better than cure! If ever you are thinking about safety, then you might try to check out for it. Hubby will surely need this since he doesn't have one. So, then have a safe driving folks!

This is about getting an auto insurance. I know lots of us here wants less but of quality one. Having such is very important in getting a driver's permit, which is one of the requirements. Okey, I guess you will say I don't like to get an auto or car now because that's just a want not need. And I know you know what's the difference of wants and needs folks, right? And so, I could say no-no. Having an auto here in America is essential as well, especially if you live far from work place and alike, so needs it - it's so-so. And some you might consider to switch off because you're thinking that you pay much unlike the other one. That could also happen sometimes, and you happen to browse websites and compare the prices and services just like me that needs to look again and again to review the possible outcome of such idea. I just hope folks that you will get what you deserve. And ohh I just hope that I could have my own auto or car next year for that's what hubby told me 2 weeks ago. Am just so very busy this year that my driver student's permit been an idle and I guess I will not utilize it this year, I will just get another next year then and stay focus on it. So then, am looking forward about it. (~_~) Moreover, happy comparing prices and shopping folks. I wish you all the best!

clouds
I got fascinated with the clouds ever since I was young, I view it as something in the sky that has different face or appearance. Sometimes it's scattered as like opposite of a person face when crying. Wonder why? It's because when it is scattered that means that it's a good sunny day. It seems like they are afraid of the sun that they have to clear the way 'coz the sun is present. And that's my observation as the day went along as my journey of watching the clouds appearance. Well, how do you guys like watching the clouds? Anyway, I had a very nice bus ride today (to familiarize the bus area and the place, etc.) and the weather is great. I had a few pics together with the Chinese woman who was my seatmate, and one of the bus I rode onto. And so, it is all available upon request (as well as other photos on my other posts).

When someone say a promise what comes to your mind? Or may I say, what a promise mean to you? Well, I guess everyone know the word promise.What is the essence of this word could result into two: (1) promise could be broken, and (2)promise could be fulfilled. The following is an example and one of my experiences of the result of what the topic is.
My partner(husband) promised me yesterday that he would come ride with me in a bus to familiarize the place as I will be going to go schooling for short course(post college) this coming Spring Class on February 2. With that I have to know the ways and means to go to the area which I have to attend my classes before the date I stated. He(my husband) don't like to go with me riding in a bus since he said that's why he has a car so he will not ride in a bus! That answer I cannot accept since I don't have a car so he should have to teach me how I can go to and fro. As in it takes three days of conversation of just that topic, he even dreamed while he's asleep last night about it- he's telling me in a dream of his no-no answer, but that didn't let me accept the idea, I insist, and that made his decision to go with me. Still didn't convince him but pursue what he promised. So the day went well lately and the bus ride was good. We even drop-by the school and see what's near in there, as in he's walking with me (that he don't like to do), I just thank him 'coz I had not hear any complaints. That's what a promise is. (^_~)- to comply without murmuring! I love my husband for so many reason. Once he promise he fulfills it, but he seldom done promises. So then, that's all. Ahhh I forgot, he went with me for the bus ride but he brought his car near the bus stop and parked there, he didn't walk from our house to the bus stop which is just only .2 mile with me... ehheheh.. Well, next week I will be riding a bus alone to familiarize the place without him for he taught me already, I will have to prove to myself that I can do it before the class starts so I will not be late. We even drop-by the school and see what's near in there, as in he's walking with me (that he don't like to do), I just thank him 'coz I had not hear any complaints. That's what a promise is. (^_~)- to comply without murmuring! I love my husband for so many reason. Once he promise he fulfills it, but he seldom done promises. So then, that's all. Ahhh I forgot, he went with me for the bus ride but he brought his car near the bus stop and parked there, he didn't walk from our house to the bus stop which is just only .2 mile with me... ehheheh.. Well, next week I will be riding a bus alone to familiarize the place without him for he taught me already, I will have to prove to myself that I can do it before the class starts so I will not be late.
