Having six to eight (6 to 8) hours of sleep is very essential everyday for us human kind. It's always been on my mind ever since I was in elementary - happy and proud to get that knowledge from school. To clarify that number, at least 6 hours or maximum of 8 hours per day of continued sleep is what our body needs. And because am so curious about it and some kind of a little stubborn sometimes, I let myself experiment what is the consequences in response to what the theory is. I just like sometimes to break the rule given. lol. - bad me. And I found out that truly experts or scientists and doctors words are correct and of course my grand mom (lol). Yeah, am just having some corny jokes in here but true sometimes words needs our own experiences as similar to the saying "to see(or feel) is to believe". Getting too much or more than 8 hours of sleeping is just similar to less than 6 hours. You can feel the tiredness or weak, body aches, cold, stress, and you feel the heat strikes on your body. It also decreases your eating appetite as to my experience. And also you don't like to work and turn you to be lazy. Or in other hand, likes to eat a lot but don't like to exercise or work that one way will lead to... fat and obese! You just like being in bed because you're lazy already and that's not all peepz but mostly. And mind you, it's not only that, it will also makes you sick if you will make that a habbit. Again, this is according to my experience which I think everybody has experience unless if you're drinking energy drink and some medicine but I tell you, it's still good to have that 6 to 8 hours everyday to maintain good health. Again, getting good sleep and active is very important for our body and doing what we want to do. Life is good, wonderful, and precious to waste, so don't have too much or less sleep everyday, okey? Have a pleasant day! smile.. (~_~)

Have you ever heard my title folks? I know you know that - is the getting an education online (e = internet or online) or simply called as online schools, and that you can get when you're at the level of high school and college degrees as well as other short courses and programs. Do you consider to be educated just facing at your computer at home? Yes, you can at the comfort of your home at your own seat! Need not go to traditional school if that's what you like. Online programs and degrees are much lesser than regular degrees at traditional school. So you can save money aside from board and lodging and as I said transportation fee as well as time to go back and fro. You can check your lessons and homework anytime you want as long as you have computer and wanna be sure to complete all the requirements and assignments on or before the deadline date of submission. It has been known that online schools provide thousands of subjects that is helpful and useful which may not available at your traditional campuses.
The other good thing is that online degree scholarships is available too at most accredited online institutions. To do that one should have to consider about your grade and all the requirements to such benefits. Can you imagine of being an achiever and scholar? That's great to know right? .. especially if one don't have enough money or wanna save for the tuition fees, so advantage to those intelligent and smart students who want such that has their own computer.
The first and important thing to do if you're planning to search one is that, it should be an accredited online degrees, the education curriculum provided are guaranteed and of course that suits to the employers need. With that you should know the different bureaus for accreditation. You should have to verify and think exactly the best one online schools that you like most and best for you, right? Remember, knowledge is power! Don't wait for long time to be educated, browse and find it now!

" BE THANKFUL FOR SMALL MIRACLES. THEY HELP US
REALIZE THE BEAUTY OF GOD'S LARGER ONES."

This is from Roman Catholic Church Calendar which they distributed to church people and am one of them. The saying was touching for me and I guess you too? I hope so. I was touched because one time in my life I was full to the sense of I have enough of my plate already. Hemmm.. sounds testimony? lol. Am ashamed to say but I have to, to express and hoping this will help such individual who has with this now. As reminisce also and thankful for all the gifts even just in small things. I used to say before, why I have this and they don't have? I could see lots of individuals like of my age who has just a small problems and they have all the things they like. I guess I was just in self-pity and some kind of jealous? Well, I guess. hahah. I said to myself, I don't have anything because I could only see the one that am longing of. I even not appreciated the small things I had nor be thankful of them. As time went on, my mind got matured and already understands the way life in this world. I mean the process and the importance of every individual and small stuffs and things not only physically but most of all spiritually. We need it to grow. If not, then we're not, then one is not yet grown-up even if our age is already old. We need to accept the fact and face the consequences and of course to taste the fruit of our labor. It's matter of understanding and growing mentally to become a fully grown-up individual. With that, one realize how important are the small things and miracles, they help us to realize the beauty of God's larger ones. Have a pleasant first day of the week folks!

Hahahah! Yeah, the expression laugh out loud or mostly written in text and to shorten in short messages "lol" . Yep, I admit sometimes I could be careless of what other thinks as long as I could burst out what I feel but it's not that often, huh? it's just only sometimes because am thinking of decency and etiquette of a woman in a crowd, there's that what we call "common sense". Decency can be perceived by a person dealing or carrying it, if one just laugh loudly at the bus - it's just okey if it's only once or twice but having it as a normal voice as if you're just talking to your co-conversationalist or may I say alone with a partner talking about gossips or about boys- is it decent folks? As if the bus isn't close enough that bus mates from afar couldn't hear it? I tell you guys, even how busy the street is, as in she laughed so hard that you couldn't care less to look at the person! eeeewww? If you're in the situation folks, what will you do? Here's the scenario: the teenage girl with her classmate sat at the second sits at the back and it's some kind of afar from the front but the thing is there is 2/3 of passengers occupy the bus sits. It's just came to the point that the girl laugh loud! At first we just ignore it as if we didn't heared it. But then she still continue laughing, and laughing! OMG! - that is what on my mind talking, having a decency too to talk it verbally(lol). Well, at the fifth time consecutively, more and more busmates looked at her but what she did was she ignored the look and let people got pissed as well as the driver. I was just glad that minutes after it, she buzzed up to take-off from the bus. I guess she sensed that she did wrong and got ashamed of what she did, if not then, am sure passengers will tell her to shut-off. Again, how do you deal with it if you're in the situation like this folks? I guess you couldn't care less about it? turn-on your i-pod so you will not be annoyed? cover-up your ears? eh? Well, all I could say for now is hahahah (lol)? (~_~)

Learning multiple language is appreciative but is it essential? Is it important to the living and such? I remember, Philippine hero Dr. Jose Rizal learned multiple languages from English to Spanish to German and such! Lots of languages he knew. As far s I knew, he travelled from one country to another, and different country has different languages so, he learned it so he could speak to locale. And now, how this affect to my subject? Is it related to the current situation folks? How did you see it as essential? For me, I find it essential as long as you want to speak to such person who has that language and knows nothing but such and the info that you want from the person is importand or some just like to be a friend of, a co-worker, classmate, seatmate, instructor, and etcetera and so forth. For business transaction too, understanding the signs, and all - this sums up to verbal communication.
Everyone got impressed to the person who knew the language that can communicate well verbally especially English for this is an international language. Here in America, the language spoken is English as primary language and the other is Spanish or Latin. With this, everyone living here must know the language use even just English. The city place of community I am now speaks mostly of them Mandarin but also knows to speak English because as what I said English language is the primary and whole people understands when speaking of this language. However if you just know a little bit, knows nothing, or you just to improve your intonation, pronunciation, and some and all, you can goes to school either online or through the traditional way which is going to campus and some just have a self-study - get a cd or dvd to view and hear how it sounds and the translation. Such are all effective ways to get what you wanna know. So then folks, is it essential?

Ohhh yeah, am not kidding, am telling the truth. I just wanna voice out that the hard work I had is worth it. So the subject is 75WPM for Keyboarding, do you believe that someone got 75 words per minute in 10-key keyboarding or typing?? It's not me huh. Yep there is someone got it! And only one person I know! it's lately together with our Timed Writing Class a chinky-eyes lady(I guess she's a of Chinese blood) took a typing test for certification and yes of no error! It's unbelievable isn't it? 75 Words Per Minute! Do you guys can type it of such speed? Do you know someone who got such score? If yes, comment me so I know. As far as I know it's only 60 or 65WPM. I got once 55 but only once and I have also one error. Am still striving to get an average of 50WPM- for now am still on 40-45 WPM. That 75 is impressive, isn't it? We're(me, my instructors, and my typing classmates) telling her that she could be in world record or in Guinness Book of Record if nothing can beat her! Well, I just share this to you guys for you to know and please let me know too if you know someone. I was very impressed with her and all the of my classmates, we even clapping our hands for appreciation. Anyway, Have a pleasant day all! (~_~) Don't forget to tell me below if you know someone huh? Who knows, someone you know can bet her. Well, type speed can also help us here in blogging world and of some that we like to do in pc when it comes about typing thing, right? So then, how about you guys, how many WPM of speed you got?

Anyway, it's not that much but I need to gain back the weight I loss. I take blogging seriously in level with my study, as a wife, and as myself as well as to mention my social networks too like friendster, etc, so on and so forth. Sometimes hubby got told me that I prioritized my blog but not, actually sometimes before as I just started it- did I already mentioned those sleepless nights to be this in order? Well, that was before. Now, I can take control of my time. I love my life, it's as busy as a bee. Heheheh.. But to tell you, though sometimes I forgot to eat one meal but I make sure that everyday I take my One-Day Multi-Vitamin (a woman's dietary supplement) to prevent sickness and if ever I had sleepless night, I make it up for the next day as well as just took a half-bathe- make sure you don't wash your hair/head to prevent again, sickness. Well then, have fun everyone! Have a nice day... (~_~)

How are you everyone? Seems its four (4) days that I haven't post of what have happened with. It's just been busy for the social networking/media thing here for my page rank and I don't know if I happened to add the gadgets and sites which are essentials. Anyway, am also some kind of my other work as a wife(cook, clean, arrange stuffs, etc.) and as me, personally. Yesterday I planned to post in here but I ran out of time for me and my husband bought stuffs for my for my school tomorrow, hope I still have the slot for such. Am excited to go to school again.. (~_~) I remember as was about to graduate college, I said to my self, I will not went to school anymore- I mean I wanna have a life which I don't want to think.. wheewww! .. as was very occupied with the lessons- fully loaded every semester for I also had to maintain my academic scholarship(Dean's List). Well, maybe unfortunate 'coz out of eight(8) semesters I only got two(2) semesters for half scholar and one(1) sem. for full scholar but at the same time fortunate too because just few students got that scholarship in private schools where I studied not university though but still hard. I had lots of struggles and hardships during that time. Well, I don't want to brag but I guess am worthy of what I did, right folks? Anyway, just reminiscing. And now, am excited again to go to school! Well, just follow me as time goes on as I will update you of my education journey.. I know everyone of us has a share. So, then god bless everyone. Have a pleasant day! (~_~)

Education is the learning of knowledge, information, and skills (according to Wikipedia). However, do everyone of us would like to be educated? Is it really important as human being living here on earth is educated? Is this important in interacting different kind of people or even for personal accomplishment? Is it really necessary to have education first before we can earn money in exchange of basic or day to day needs? How about for work?As for me, education is very important not only for my personal need and accomplishment but also to interact different kind of people of different values. Helping others after receiving it. I guess everyone wants to be educated. It's either free education or private or cost money to have it. It's really important that you have knowledge of how to do the task being given by the boss. It crumbles life when you don't have it. It's also important to understand people, to control our own feelings and behavior, being calm- and that am talking to self-education. Being cool and calm to handle situation is essential in every decision. Maturity (as to mind not physical) takes in afterwards. Well then, where am I now? Yes, education in every being is important. And how educated are you? Are you doing what you have learned in school for everyday life and dealing certain people even if they're not like you? I remember the poem DESIDERATA. I will post this poem next time for those who do not remember. I know everyone of us is educated by our own experiences. So then, keep in touch! Have a nice day!

Is saying the word "THANK YOU" is a biggie deal? Is it hard to say thank you to someone who done good to you? Is it a sign of weakness? How do we say the word? Do you say it because the person wants you to say it?

Ohh my...! Lots of questions to answer but do you really know how to say this word? Well, it's for you to find out on yourself but for me, as for my age now, I really appreciate and say such word without any hesitation to the person who did/does good to me. It's been really nice and comfortable to be grateful. Saying and doing heartily to that someone (as to my personal experience).

While I was still young, I had on mind that why am I to say thank you to my parents? It's their responsibility to provide me all I need, basic needs specifically: food, clothes, shelter, education, etc. Some could say, did my parents raised me good? Were they provided me all my basic needs? Well, as you come on maturity (I mean not face or personal looks it's the inside part -- the mind), person understands life and begin to appreciate and counts what's in her, thanking all, especially the people who were/are there through thick and thin. It's a big deal telling and even at the same time sending a note to the person what he/she/they deserves. Ahhh.. thank you everyone for reading my blog! I would like also to grab this opportunity to thank my behalf, parents, grandparents, family circles, and friends and again, you. Have a Pleasant Day All! (~_~)

When someone say a promise what comes to your mind? Or may I say, what a promise mean to you? Well, I guess everyone know the word promise. What is the essence of this word could result into two: (1) promise could be broken, and (2)promise could be fulfilled. The following is an example and one of my experiences of the result of what the topic is.
My partner(husband) promised me yesterday that he would come ride with me in a bus to familiarize the place as I will be going to go schooling for short course(post college) this coming Spring Class on February 2. With that I have to know the ways and means to go to the area which I have to attend my classes before the date I stated. He(my husband) don't like to go with me riding in a bus since he said that's why he has a car so he will not ride in a bus! That answer I cannot accept since I don't have a car so he should have to teach me how I can go to and fro. As in it takes three days of conversation of just that topic, he even dreamed while he's asleep last night about it- he's telling me in a dream of his no-no answer, but that didn't let me accept the idea, I insist, and that made his decision to go with me. Still didn't convince him but pursue what he promised. So the day went well lately and the bus ride was good. We even drop-by the school and see what's near in there, as in he's walking with me (that he don't like to do), I just thank him 'coz I had not hear any complaints. That's what a promise is. (^_~)- to comply without murmuring! I love my husband for so many reason. Once he promise he fulfills it, but he seldom done promises. So then, that's all. Ahhh I forgot, he went with me for the bus ride but he brought his car near the bus stop and parked there, he didn't walk from our house to the bus stop which is just only .2 mile with me... ehheheh.. Well, next week I will be riding a bus alone to familiarize the place without him for he taught me already, I will have to prove to myself that I can do it before the class starts so I will not be late. So, that's it. Hope you're having fun reading my blog.. See yah next topic.. tsup!
