Isn't it Monday yet? :-) Blue Monday is here too! It is not a blue feeling but a blue color hunting but perhaps if you insist you can do your bluer than blue feeling as well. Hehehe... kidding aside... :-) Above is my PC indicator when am on my computer doing something. It just that mean that am connected to a Wi-Fi, internet, powered on, bluetooth and its battery indication. Whenever there's some less (the indicator stuff is not full) on it then there's something going on which is not good and have to look every now and then when it is time to charge or anything I have to do in any of it when it is already time to. When I could care less, then something will happen as I am doing my PC thing or worse will affect on my computer internal memory. So, careful... careful and careful... oops just a reminder to myself. Hahahah...

I have my favorite bread though I only seldom do not like any as in perhaps I like all.. lol.. But no, some bread I do not like. There are bread that tasted like sour and some just too sweet. For the sweet ones, I like ensaimada or "ensaymada". I also like "pandesal" which mostly Filipino (people of the Philippines) knew or eat this, some called "pandesal" as Philippine National bread. Though there are many great taste breads out there which I also like it yet milk bread or "pan de leche" is my fave. I usually put some cheez whiz in it and paired with milk and coffee.

chayote sauteed beefFriday, it is time for food trippers! Food Trip Friday, here I/we come! (~_~) And now it is time to show "yummylicious" foodies folks... These time, my own cook---fresh from my skillet and kitchen stove which the date tells for proof. I cooked it early on that day because I had many chores to do so I just cooked first then preceded to my works so in time that I was hungry, the food was already waiting for me to scour. (~_~) I also cooked rice at the same time as well to save time since as I said I had a lot to do that time. What I did was just heated it up then ate after the works done. By the way, the ingredients with that were: beef, chayote, olive oil, a little water and soy sauce (more water than soy sauce), spices (green and red bell peppers, onion, garlic, tomato, scallions, salt), and pork bouillon. Yes I use bouillons whenever I cook even if there is already meat added. The taste is just different. So I guess you already know how to sauteed the ingredients to make it palatable depending upon your taste if you like it half cook or fully cook. It is good to have it half-cook when not eaten directly because the remaining heat in the skillet will make it fully cook even if the stove was already off. In case if you don't know how to cook it, this is just simple as like any other sauteed meat and vegetables with the spices and other stuffs. (1) Just heat up the skillet with the olive oil then toss the onion, garlic, and tomato. You could also put some bell pepper for taste and some afterwards when it is about to cook so the other bell pepper won't be fully cooked. (2)Then once the spices turned brown over the olive oil, put the washed beef and put some water, little salt and soy sauce then boil for two minutes. (3)After that, put the chayote then boil up again for two minutes the put the scallions. (4)Wait then for about a minute then done! Have a happy eating with rice and drinks.

Blue! I felt blue, I felt to enter this Blue Blue Monday Meme. This is actually my first time to enter this meme hosted by Smiling Sally. I am not a fan of blue... :-) I felt like it because my background color of this blog is somewhat close to blue and some other reason to which I do not disclose (it is not that controversial though... if that is what you think.. heheh). Okay, my first entry is a blue fit gear to which I bought the last time I got dismayed and found myself at the shopping center and got this stuff. I realized it is helpful to me for sometimes my stomach bulge and just flaunting to which was the result of feeling lazy to stand after eating (I just sit then in front of the PC for some "to-do-task" or just lazily relaxing in the bed and watch TV). So I found something that eases every time I do not feel comfortable because of the air that accumulate. I usually felt like this some hours from relaxing so, this help (I already tried and I felt good). This is just emergency though---a plan B for taking of my weight and poise... :-)
So that is it, my first entry for Blue Monday! Enjoy hunting blue! Happy Blue Monday... Do not feel blue, okay? :-)

salad okra and broccoliMy food trip entry for today is about late but hey it's still Friday here in my place. :-) So by the way, that is it the salad okra and broccoli with its vinaigrette. I put fish sauce with it but can't be seen because I just remember the time I was about to eat. The vinaigrette I mix were fish sauce, tomato, vinegar, scallion, and garlic. I felt like eating such cucumber in salad and I tell that was my first time (I just felt like to eat it). So that's it, that's my food trip.

I am participating Friday Fill-ins today(this was yesterday) and this is my first. So here we go:
