Who among of you don't have problems in life? How do you view it? How you overcome and calm down yourself? Does it lower your self-esteem and makes you weak?

Problems are trials in life and the more you have trials the more you're strong for yourself? For me, the answer is yes but I make sure that such problem I encounter that I already solve will not bugging me anymore. Everyone have problems in life even a child has. For me the only thing it differs is that the child has a shallow ones and mature peeps have what is really a problem. Do you agree? Ahhh!... mostly older peeps told me every time before that they are spices in life and they are our shadow in every struggles for success. But what success is? eheheh.. well, that's another story.. perhaps I could tackle that next time. For now, I just want to say from my own inner sense (hello? am already 29 years on this life's journey full of trials and struggles, do I have to say am not strong enough?), that just be optimistic and learn from your mistake, accept what's the past, enjoy the present, and face the future. And most importantly, believe in yourself as God is always beside you. Believe in God!-- that everything's happen for a reason and believe in the famous quotation "While there is life, there is hope".

I agree with Dhemz and Lulu as well. Adversity is part of life, and no one truly has lived unless they've experienced it. How one handles it is a different story, and only a positive thinking outlook is the answer. Anyone can be positive in positive circumstances, but during troubled times is when a person is truly tested as far as character and mindset.

As you said Cacai, everything happens for a reason.

    Nice post my wonderful friend!:)
